Why do you love that item?

So you went on a trip and bought a great item. You fell in love with it so much you've decided to carry it in your store. Why not show off why you love it so much!  A quick video like the one above and short commentary, text, or in this case recipe and VOILA! your customers will fall in love with it, too.  

Why did I pick the Mara Mug? It holds a lot and it keeps my coffee, cocoa, or dessert in a mug hot a long time. Here's the recipe.

Cobbler in a Mug

Ingredients:

1 C fresh cut-up fruit

1 T butter or shortening

1/4 C all-purpose flour

3 T granulated sugar

1/2 t baking powder

3 T milk

Icecream for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

• Place fruit in a large microwave-safe mug and sprinkle with 1 T of sugar; set aside.
• Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 15-20 seconds or until melted.  Add 2 T sugar, baking powder, and milk whisk until blended. Then add flour 1 T at a time whisking as you go until smooth.
• Pour batter over fruit in mug and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until cobbler is cooked through.  Garnish with 2" ball of ice cream in desired.  (Those cookie scoops aren't just for cookie dough.)
